Niwas Praman Patra Online Form Bharne Ke Liye Documents?
Aapko bata de ki domicile certificate apply karne ke liye apke paas kya-kya documents hone chahiye-
- Photo (passport size )
- Aadhar card ya voter card ya koi aur id proof

- Niwas ka praman sabhasad ya parshad ya warden ya gram pradhan ka likha hua.
- Sabhi document scan karle aur unka size 100 KB se kam rakhe.
Note-Niwas praman patra online apply karte samay agar aap sabhasad ya parshad ya warden ya gram pradhan ka likha hua nahi lagate hai to bhi koi smasya nahi aapka certifaicate ban jayega. Aur agar aap sabhasad ka likha hua lagate hai to bahut achha hai isse asani se aapka certificate ban jayega.

Sabse pahle aap apni citizen id login karle aur avedan bhare ke option par click karke niwas praman patra select kare. Ab aapke samne niwas praman patra ka form khul jayega.
Ab sabhi details ko savdhanipoorvak bhare. Sabse pahle nagreey ya grameen me aap jahan rahte hai wo select kare phir aapka naam, father's or hasband's name, mother's name, date of birth, birth place, apni tehsil chune, mobile Number bhare, apne sabhi documents ko upload kare. Ek baar dekh le ki jo details aapne bhari hain wo sahi hain ki nahin, check karne ke baad darj kare ke option par click kare. Ab jo file aayegi use print karle ya save karle.
Agar aap save ya print na kare to bhi wo file aapki citizen id par save ho jayegi use dekhne ke liye avedan ki soochi wale option par jaye. Ab aap jis certifiacte ka payment karna chahte hai to uski avedan sankhya ko copy karle.
Certificate Ka Payment Kaise Kare?
Ab payment kare aap chahe to file print karte samay hi payment kar sakte hai nahi to seva shulk bhugtan ke option par jaye aur copy kiye hue avedan sankhya ko paste kar de aur submit karke proceed with payment par click kare apna payment option select kare. Agar aap Netbanking ka use kareinge to aapko lagbhag 15.90 Rupee ka payment karna hoga. Aur agar aap ATM card se payment karte hai to aapko 10 Rupee ka payment karna hoga.

Payment successfull hone ke baad apka niwas praman patra Upjiladhikari ko bhej diya jayega. Phir ek ya do din me Upjiladhikari apka niwas praman patra avedan apke area ke Lekhpal ko bhejega. Phir Lekhpal janch karke apni report lagayega aur phir Upjiladhikari ko bhej dega. Phir Upjiladhikari dwara aapka niwas praman patra aapki citizen services ki id bhej diya jayega. Ye niwas aapko nistarit avedan wale option me milega.
